Friday the 13th: the letter of DOOM

I've been without broadband and the internet for 10 whole weeks at home now ever since moving house. My ISP say it's a fault at the exchange, but they still haven't done anything about it. GET IT SORTED!!!!!! It's like banging my head against a brick wall. It's not only affecting my livelihood but most importantly my bliplihood (this is done on the few mins available on work's computer)

So this letter of sheer complaint is going straight to the top. It's gonna hurt...
