My daughter did a science project a week ago, and she wanted to do it again tonight with her friend, so I got my camera and was ready. Milk and drops of food coloring in a jar lid, and then a Q-Tip with dish soap on it. Touch the Q-Tip to the milk/food coloring in the lid, and these color patterns form. You have to act fast as the colors merge together fairly quickly.
