Ouch.

Dropped the i-phone in the Cameron Toll carpark. Fairly robust, but part of the case has separated. But not due an O2 upgrade till January.

However, the point is that everything seems to be working - so I'll soldier on in hope.

In related news (although much more serious - and in grateful response to many, many blip enquiries) - the patient is becoming an expert in hopping, and since she will probably have to for the next six weeks, that's good! The ankle is very sore - particularly the stitch line. Next Wednesday is two weeks' appointment, at which time the plaster will probably be removed, stitches out, and plaster replaced.

An email today wishing her all the best and patience from a special friend. Since this friend lost all her limbs after a meningitis attack in her thirties, it's hard not to take the message more seriously than the average......
