Polenta-pizza!

I wanted pizza.
I have polenta in my kitchen cabinet, and I rarely use it.
Can't eat a normal pizza anymore because of my wheat intolerance. And the glutenfree pizza's from the store aren't really that good.
So I cooked up some polenta with some salt peper and italian herbs. Put it in a round oven dish, put on different toppings me and my boyfriend liked, and stuffed it in the oven.
Can't remember what I did with the small can of tomato-sauce that I put on top of the pizza. I was too hungry to remember. Probably mixed it with some garlic-oil, salt, pepper, a bit of sugar and a lot more italian herbs 'till it tasted like I wanted it to taste.
