Public art

Don't worry, I'm not going to start banging on about public art again; it just seemed the most appropriate title.

Today, Dan, Abi and I drove down to Manchester to pick up Hannah and bring her home. We all met up at the The Deaf Institute and had lunch before heading up to the Northern Quarter. I wanted to buy some pencils for the Minx and I thought the girls would enjoy mooching around Affleck's Palace while Dan filled his boots in Forbidden Planet.

We parked up in the car park just next to Thomas Street, which was busy, so we had to go up to the sixth level. This gave us a lovely view out over the streets, including this sculpture.
