Where did all the trees go?

I'm sure the last time I drove round here this roundabout was covered in trees?!?! They are making way for some mahoosive roadworks at the Raith - would be nice if long term it eases the congestion here most mornings and evenings! Although I was surprised how quickly I made it to here as usually when I have a dental check up I end up stressed I am going to be late because of this junction!

On the plus side - clean bill of health with the teeth so fingers crossed it's 6 months before I am back :-)
