Lemon Meringue Pie

Discovered a new little cafe this afternoon and had a late lunch on our day off. After a delicious sandwich, this was how our Lemon Meringue pie was served. It was really great to see a little excellence at a local restaurant and it tasted absolutely delicious. Sorry that my blogs seem to feature frequent food photos but it's good to celebrate good food and it's usually accompanied by good conversation and company.
