Baby tit

I think it's a baby blue tit, but would stand corrected if it's something else. It was found on the ground apparently unable to fly, so we phoned the SSPCA who said we should hold the bird up high as they need to start out from a height to fly. My colleague E duly held the bird up but it took quite a while to decide to take off and fly into the nearest shrubbery/tree, meanwhile it seemed perfectly happy on E's hand. I checked on it later and it was on some twigs not far off the ground but then flew up into a tree - so hopefully it will live to fly another day.
