Wildflower Banking.

This is a remote part of our garden which we cannot see from the house. We regularly have to cut back the laurel and this allows the flowers underneath to flourish.
Last year we poured on a dose of wild flower seeds and we did get some coming up but not as many as we had hoped. This year the thrift is doing well and quite a few of those wild flowers are back as well. A lovely big foxglove has also appeared which should help feed the local bees. A good result!
