Determination

Three boys who I teach have designed this mural as a lasting monument to their successful school career at Mosslands. The Lloyd brothers suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy but despite this they take every day with a smile on their faces.

They are trying to raise money for Claire house and as part of this they have designed the mural for the school. It is in the style of an artist Michael Craig-Martin. Michael Craig-Martin's work has also made it into my blip as this piece KIDS was one he has donated to be auctioned off as part of the boys project. I was even so lucky to see it in staff briefing this morning. Sometimes when you take a step back you realise that the Lloyd brothers are just that , Kids and that is what makes it even more remarkable. It was so lovely today to see the other boys working so hard to make the boys design a reality. Definitely a proud day to work at Mosslands.
