It Lives!

Long after the hustle and bustle has died down.
The Christmas presents have been tossed in the corner, even though it's what you "really really wanted"
The tree has been put away for another year, or tossed in the trash as some have met their fate.
All the decorations are packed away and the boxes stuffed back into their proper spot in the attic, garage, closet, or storage unit..
But one thing still remains.
One thing is still hanging on.
The poinsettia that we purchased in the first week of December.
Perhaps it's to remind me that there are only 350 days (depending on where you live) till next Christmas.. Ugh!
Of course, I suppose I could just quit watering it!
