Red Kite

We have a pair living close by and this one has taken to flying down to the playing field near my house to do a bit of worming.
This photo is rubbish so I rubbished it some more.

Went to a lovely surprise birthday tea party today, sadly couldn't stay long as I perhaps wasn't in bed as early as I should have been last night and I may have had a little too much wine, also, himself was doing some roofing work on the back garden project so I was needed to give a hand with that.
