Icelandic fish and potatoes

We have a few places in Reykjavik where we like to eat, what they have in common is mostly that their food is not too expensive (by Icelandic standards), and that we like the food. One of these places is called Icelandic Fish and chips and we went there today for lunch. The dough around the fish is made of spelt, which is apparently more healthy, and the 'chips' are rosemary and garlic potatoes, and are delicious. Afterwards we went to the pool, there were lots of very white Icelanders tanning, I think they will all be very red and sore tonight. We did not stay long enough to burn, but got some colour.
