Watch out, watch out, there's a fledgling about!!

Young birds are everywhere! Today we went for tea and cake at a lovely teashop where we sat outside in a very pretty garden. Keeping us company was a family of Blackbirds. Dad was dashing about trying to keep track of all of his offspring. They were hopping about all over the place and, as you can see, enjoying a bit of sunbathing.

Back at the hotel we sat outside for an evening drink in the last of the sunshine and this little fella was on the roof obviously hoping for some supper.
