Overtaken by a train in a motorway traffic jam!

After a busy morning, I picked up H from school, then my OH from the station after an early finish, and we set off for Exeter.

H has qualified to represent the North West Region as part of their team in a competition in Exeter. It's a long way to go for the weekend. Some of the squad are just staying for one night then heading home straight after the competition ends on Saturday. Too tiring! We are going home on Sunday.

We arrived at the hotel just after 7pm, then changed quickly to meet the rest of our club for a meal in Exeter. Everyone is ready for the comp. so early nights for all the competitors ready for the big day.
