Glad I don't live here! blipped this before back in the Spring. Just a bit of a difference

A bit of a thaw set in today, if it freezes again tonight it will be lethal, walked up through the woods to Carols its her birthday today. I took her a nice bottle of mulled wine. Kids were out making the most of the snow sledging down the hillside by Tesco, laughter and red faces looked great fun.

Settled down for the night now, going to watch part 2 of Ross Kemp in the middle east at 10. It's just started to snow but thankfully only lightly, it needs to stay like that. It is pretty though.

Forgot to mention yesterday I got some lovely sox through the post knitted by Poppy up in the Orkney's, just the job for Poland.
