So good to be out of the city, free on a motorbike on the backroads of northern Thailand.

I'm taking Lina up to see some old friends at a place I discovered on another trip here years ago. An intentional farming and seed saving community, a laboratory for sustainable technologies and a center for self reliance. I have a special place in my heart for this place and the folks here. They call there little community Pun Pun, "a thousand varieties" in Thai.
