A snapshot from today's cycling tour

Well to call it a tour is perhaps an overstatement. It was just a little over 3 km ride. I'm very slowly recovering from my latest fibromyalgia flare, and still have to be careful not to overdo it. For many years I used to "push through" and kind of pretend I was alright, but it only resulted in longer periods of "down time", so now I try to be more wise ... although I sure don't always manage to do so.
