Yoga Stretch No 14

And a good morning to you all and what a lovely morning it is...

Blue skies and sunshine all weekend and I have simply enjoyed every minute of it.

I am loving my cat flap now. I go out myself whenever I feel like it but I have learned that if I simply knock on the flap from outside my Lady in Waiting thinks I can't open it so does it for me... how wonderful is that ... didn't take me too long to train her, The Butler is taking a bit longer though....

Right off for some morning stretches...
