Portrait

Yesterday, after Meeting for Worship, the lovely and talented Norma presented me with this picture - it's the portrait she completed when I was sitting for the Life Class she is a member of.

I was so pleased, touched and flattered - it makes me look much more noble and thoughtful than I ever feel! I am constantly grateful to be part of a community of such talented and generous people.

Today I shall look for a picture framer so that I can put it a setting that is worthy, not of its subject but of its creator.
