Admittedly, this has been taken in a hurry. (It shows)

Threatening rain this morning meant no decent shots could be taken on morning walk at Nanpantan Reservoir. We saw the remains of the grebes' nest caught in reeds further round from where it had been, still relatively intact but of course, minus the five eggs.

The grebes were nowhere to be seen.

So I grabbed the macro lens and flash just so that there was something to upload today. I bought a rainbow coloured bunch of tulips last week, just asking to be pictured.
