Pink Sorrel

Summer is definitely here even if the steel workers are not; they are coming tomorrow!

Dougal went missing this morning and did not come in immediately when he was called. Whilst walking around the garden looking for him I found these little Pink Sorrel flowers (Oxalis Corymbosa), they are wildflowers and they are my blip for today.

Dougal eventually came home, he had been further up the lane, which he does not normally do. His body language told me that he knew he was in the dog house, he did not need telling twice that he had to come indoors.

The sun has disappeared and the skies are threatening thunder, lightning and heavy rain; I hope the kitchen roof does not leak.
