MonoMonday: Mailboxes ( the best laid plans)

Last week, having established that mailboxes was the theme for today (thanks Sheila24), I spotted our local village postbox looking resplendent next to a brilliant white flowering bush. The contrast will look good in B&W I thought, next Monday and I will offer viewers a colour option in blipfolio.

Today I had to wait in for the car repairers to collect my car and deliver to me a courtesy car ( See Tues 3 June). Imagine my dismay when I was finally able to trot along to the village shop, to find the white flowers were over and the bush was covered in fading blooms. It most definitely looks better in B&W- and no colour option.
