Recently got new knives...Some aren't as sharp as I'd like but will be fine with a bit of sharpening elbow grease...when I get round to it! This one is the best of the lot. Sharp knives are important. So much more pleasurable to cut, slice and carve with ;)

...I'll put them away now. 8-D
