Job hunting twenty first century style

Jobcentres are rather more sophisticated than the old DOE and DHSS that I encountered once in the past. The building is quite posh and it's all computer terminals instead of index cards of jobs. They still have security guards, though they are in smart uniforms as well. Do job seekers duff up the staff? Must do I suppose, or why would they have four security guards on duty?
