Abington park.

Our venue for this evening's Nordic walk. This is all that remains of a medieval village apart from two tall, stone gate posts, in Abington park, the largest park in Northampton.
I've managed to stay awake all day today - the effects from the injections the dentist gave me must have worn off! Have managed an omelette for lunch and salmon, feta cheese and asparagus for dinner. Managing to avoid chewing so far! ;-)
