Osprey

OK, it's not the best picture of an osprey but I am so happy to have snapped this. It's nest is close by (and protected) and I know that it appears up and down the river but I've never actually knowingly seen it.
For about a week now when I have been out, I have spotted what I knew was a bird of prey high up, but I've never been able to get myself organised enough to get a picture. This was completely unexpected which makes it all the more special for me.
