On the mend ...

... is how we left our son before we headed home today.

What with London cab-drivers (understandably) causing chaos with their demo in the metropolis, a one-hour-hold-up owing to an accident on the M5 and, lastly, a section of the A38 completely closed, it was a long, long drive!

Richard used to be a full-time musician, but now the day job (which often is the working-late-into-the-night job) has taken over. Not entirely, though! The band has reformed for a few gigs in the UK and Prague this summer: Jesse James are back! The one remaining UK gig is "One-Night-Only at The Borderline, London. Saturday 5th July."
