Birthday Treat!

It's the wife's birthday today and manners prevent me saying how old she is but she was born in 1959 (Neath).

She's an avid swimmer and about four times a week swims between 1 and 2 miles each time she gets in the pool.

As it's her birthday, like a dutiful husband should, I have allowed her a special treat during her birthday swim session, as the blip photo illustrates!
