Coming into land

I am struggling to get motivated to go get a shot while Tom is so unwell. I think the problem is that we don't know what is wrong with him and that yesterdays optimistic blip was largely due to medications masking his symptoms coupled with the fact he was happy to be home. I got him some Lemon Sole this morning to try and tempt him to eat and he has eaten some of it and he is drinking but he is definitely not himself. I am turning off comments just now.
