The kids were 'off' this week because they were used to being at home and needed time to readjust to the school schedule. As a result, they were pretty difficult and I spent a lot of time picking them off the floor, holding them up, keeping them from pinching me, etc. My back was hurting by the end of Friday.

I also did a lot of shoveling over the past couple days.
My back was sore all weekend.
