Angel's wings through a tyre....?

I am going to have to go back to find what the inscription was for this grave with the tyre and angel wings. When I took this photo I was leaving the graveyard in a hurry because of the plethora of massive angel statues in this graveyard and the movements I could see out of my peripheral vision...
