Trying

Eric is trying to figure out how all the new things in STAR (the SAP-GUI) work.
This is a program which is in use all over the world and is used for maintenance, planning, HR services and so on.
We had a training about this but now we are on our own...
And sometimes we are desperate because things aren't getting easier.
But: we keep on trying.
We are stand by this week, no regular shift.
When a collegue in another shift wants to have a day off, one of us is filling that in.
The rest is studying and so on.
