Succumbed to pressure

Today I gave in to pressure from my wife and son and bought a garden hose (today’s blip) that a large chunk of me thinks that the claims made for it are rather extravagant.

I have to say though, that the claim it will triple in length when connected to the water is true. Maybe the other claims are not, as I thought, extravagant. I had a very happy wife this evening as she could water plants directly from the hose and not have to fill endless watering cans…

Perhaps I’ll even end up with a “gold star”.
