Order and progress?

Mo and Andy came back from the supermarket with lunch and this.

At lunchtime it served as a cheery novelty tablecloth (no disrespect to the flag intended, Brazil) and now it's hanging outside Andy's bedroom window.

I can see a theme emerging here...
