Raclette Lunch

Swiss cheese melted in a raclette, then spread onto freshly home baked soda bread. We enjoyed this with cold meats from the deli, olives and artichokes. Washed down with fresh orange juice. Delicious.

Thank you so much to J for the kind invitation. Sometimes it is good just to stop and catch up for half an hour or so.
