A Blackbird for Friday (and a wee sparrow too)

A black cat crossed my path on the way down for the train this morning, then miaowed at me whilst rubbing it's head against the kerb as I passed.
It's been a dull clammy day today. It's been a difficult week emotionally, another health and safety fit for work assessment, had me having to recount the whole of my "experience" of my lengthy hospital stay last year. It's a year today since it all went Pete Tong :-(
