What a Day!

I was at an amazing music course this morning where I was inspired by pupils making wonderful music. They all attend various schools for pupils with additional support needs. There was a spectacular rock band, a signing choir and a lively (and professional) samba band. The teachers were motivating, supportive, encouraging, committed and patient. The young people were playing music of a superb standard and all learning so much more than the physical skill of playing a musical instrument.

I'm going back to work next week to do better!!
