Lyttelton Dawn

It has been a long time since I have gone out somewhere with the specific aim of taking photographs. A lovely morning up on the summit road above Lyttelton Harbour, low cloud and fog over the city and Canterbury plains to the west, but clear towards the east and the harbour headlands. It was good to breathe the crisp morning air and watch the changing colours and patterns of the clouds as the sun rose behind them.
