This couple were stranded in the jaws of a flooded street. A full emergency response was dispatched - a ladder fire truck, ambulance, command truck, tow truck, front end loader and even a truck towed rescue boat! With the extreme danger of the deep flooded road, they extricated the occupants from the jaws of death using the tower ladder.
