You had to be there

On our way from Washington to Bethany Beach, we hit really heavy traffic, with about 1h30 of stop-and-go bumper-to-bumper. My friend was driving and getting just a tad bit annoyed with that heavy traffic.
I was doing my best to keep her entertained when I see this adorable little monkey on the window of the car next to us. I turn around back to my friend to point it to her when I realize she's turned about the same color with frustration and her eyes are pleading with the same desperate emotion "please, get me out of here".

We finally made it to the beach after 6 hours, double the time it usually takes to get here. The ocean is still here and tomorrow we can just walk down to the beach.
