Snow Down Under

WINTER:

I have been waiting all day for the sun to break through, & eventually, just after 4pm, the miracle happened.
Yesterday we were at the back of the garden, today we are at the front. The road is the boundary. The smoke haze over the lake indicates it's a cold day, & folks are trying to keep warm by lighting their wood fires.
Tonight the All Blacks play England in Dunedin & we are settled in for a good night of rugby. This afternoon in the garden, Peter predicted the A. B.'s would win by 20 pts. May the best team win.
