Passing of time

An unusually early start after a week of very little sleep left me in a rather lazy mode today.

What was intended to be a quick visit with my parents turned into me staying there after dropping Mr RIU at the beer festival until I collected him later.

I was very surprised at the number of bugs that were to be found on the brightest of the blooms.

It seems that they were displaying the same behaviour a little further North too.

There were fortunately a few less on the pond as I was too lazy to venture far after my pub pick up.
