Gardening

Improving the tilth (I love that word). Some of my friends are amused that I call our yard the garden. It's more common in the US to use 'garden' as in intransitive verb; but really our garden is the raised beds as the rocky soil is almost unworkable. I've been helping a little bit picking rocks (stones; but some of them are small boulders!) from a proposed new bed. Blah blip in the harsh mid-day sun.
