If I only had a Heart

An excited Tin Man on the Wizard of Oz float at the Halifax Charity Gala Parade this morning. So many blips to choose from, but this young man's enthusiasm won the day.

I hope the people of Halifax dug deep in their pockets to support a wealth of good causes this afternoon in the park.
