Perlina di Castello

One of my standard lunch break place is Piatta. Now it's name is changes because of it's new owners. Now it is called: Perlina di Castello.

This restaurant has few special things. One is this meat cutter. It is quite heavy, because it's all parts are metal and it is totally mechanical. Staff uses it to cut Parma ham, salami and ect. It is located in center of this restaurant and in some cases customers can try it :) It works quite smoothly!
