IBM server 9117-570

These are four individual servers, but in this case they are all hooked together to work as one. Over on the left side there, is where the processors are, and there is a flat semi-flexible cable that connects all the processors. Each sever has 2 2 core processors. This has 16 processors. This was new back in '05 or '06. It's what IBM calls Power 5. The newest out there is Power 7, with Power 8 not to far off.
