Hope this is empty!!

After a lovely visit from some of the family this morning (Fiona & Lyall are away on holiday), I headed off to Bo'ness in the afternoon to visit the railway museum and workshops. Very much at the heavy metal end of the hobby spectrum! 12 inch to the foot scale modelling takes up a huge space and all manner of skills and talents. Loads of little steam, diesel and electric engines, coaches and wagons of diverse types and ages in need of slight repair or complete restoration. Oh, and the obligatory second hand book stall - which I couldn't resist.
This particular wagon is constructed with sturdy steel walls and a lightweight roof. If anything goes wrong, the bang will go up rather than outwards - in theory!
Back home and curry for dinner courtesy of Andrew. Very nice it was too.
