First Kayak of the Summer

We are having a bit of a heat wave, so after a morning gardening, I took to the water! It was much more windy on the bay and quite a bit of overhead cloud but wonderful to take a leisurely kayak around the headland where I walked only yesterday.
Tomorrow I am heading off for a few days to the Aran Islands, I'm not sure if there will be internet connection where we are staying so I might be back blipping on my return, we shall see. The forecast is good and I totally fell in love with Inis Meain when I visited last summer with earthdreamer. This time Rachel and I will go to Inis Oirr and inis Mor.
