Rafa - proofing

The hubby spent a delightful afternoon trying to Rafa-proof the garden. As much as I'd love to give him the freedom to roam, he is only 7 months old and does not have any sense of caution. I've had to get him out of the neighbour's house, coax him down from their garage roof (where he loves hanging out), winced as he's nearly gone through the roof of their wee girl's playhouse, fished him out of countless other gardens and hoped for the best as he's darted out into the road.

He loves an adventure and I just know that when he gets the chance, he will roam for days. However, I don't want to imprison him in the house so the hubby has attempted to put a canopy over the top of the fence which we can train the climbing clematis on to so it doesn't look too much like a prison!

All seemed to go well until Rafa did a Houdini through it the first opportunity he got!
